Actively supporting due diligence processes in the context of company acquisitions and sales

Analyzing key company data, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and liquidity planning

Creating integrated financial models to support strategic decision-making

Your profil:

A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study

An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility and a true team spirit

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Previous experience in Investment, Private Equity, or M&A is a plus

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
