Your main responsibilities include:

​

  • Immediately after the acquisition of a new portfolio company by Accursia, you will support both on-site and remotely in the turnaround, restructuring, and optimization of the company.

  • Together with the Operations Director and local management, you will develop a comprehensive turnaround and restructuring plan and subsequently support its consistent implementation.

  • During your assignments in our portfolio companies, you will have the opportunity to manage projects from initial analysis through to final implementation.

As a member of our Operations Team, you will actively support our portfolio management activities. In this role, you will become part of a growing team and share responsibility for ensuring effective collaboration across various business units.

Accursia Capital is an internationally active private equity firm with offices in Munich and Milan. The firm focuses on investments in mid-sized companies in special situations across Europe. Accursia pursues a long-term buy-and-build strategy aimed at unlocking operational potential within its portfolio companies and continuously expanding group synergies.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, responsible, and hands-on approach to work

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written

  • Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Willingness to travel as required
