Your key responsibilitie:

  • Full P&L responsibility and overall leadership of the company, driving its sustainable development and long-term value creation

  • Strategic leadership and further development of the business in close alignment with the shareholder

  • End-to-end responsibility for all commercial functions, including field and inside sales, marketing, product management, finance, IT, and HR

  • Expansion, professionalization, and optimization of sales structures and processes

  • Development and execution of a sustainable, performance-driven sales strategy, including KPI governance, controlling, and reporting

  • Ensuring profitable, sustainable, and international growth through operational excellence and market expansion

Accursia Capital is an internationally active private equity firm with offices in Munich and Milan. Its investment focus is on mid-sized companies in special situations across Europe. Accursia pursues a long-term buy-and-build strategy aimed at developing the operational potential of its portfolio companies and continuously expanding them through synergies within the group.

Your profile:

​

  • Several years of experience in the full executive management of a mid-sized manufacturing company, with exposure across the entire value chain (marketing, product management, sales, customer service, production, quality, procurement, and aftersales)

  • Proven experience in comparable leadership roles within long-term oriented private equity-backed companies

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth while simultaneously improving margins (profitable growth)

  • Strong analytical and structured working style, with a data- and performance-driven decision-making approach

  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities, with experience in managing international customer relationships

  • Business-fluent Italian and English language skills are required; German language skills are considered a plus
