
Your main responsibilities include:

Supporting acquisitions and divestitures, particularly in the context of due diligence processes

Analyzing company data, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow/liquidity planning

Preparing integrated financial models

Assisting in the restructuring, turnaround, and operational optimization of new and existing portfolio companies

Gaining insights and contributing to the areas of production, finance, controlling, and supply chain

Supporting the preparation of management presentations, investor reports, and decision-making documents

Your profile:

Studying economics, business administration, or a comparable field of education

Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills

Excellent written and spoken German and English

Initial experience in Private Equity, M&A, consulting, or restructuring is desirable

Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
