Your main responsibilities include:

​

  • Supporting acquisitions and divestitures, particularly in the context of due diligence processes

  • Analyzing company data, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow/liquidity planning

  • Preparing integrated financial models

  • Assisting in the restructuring, turnaround, and operational optimization of new and existing portfolio companies

  • Gaining insights and contributing to the areas of production, finance, controlling, and supply chain

  • Supporting the preparation of management presentations, investor reports, and decision-making documents

Accursia pursues a long-term buy-and-build strategy aimed at unlocking operational potential within its portfolio companies and continuously expanding group synergies.

Your profile:

​

  • Studying economics, business administration, or a comparable field of education

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English

  • Initial experience in Private Equity, M&A, consulting, or restructuring is desirable

  • Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
