Your Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Following the acquisition of a new portfolio company by Accursia, you will support the company on-site and remotely in restructuring, turnaround, and operational optimization.

  • Collaborating closely with the Operations Director and on-site management, you will develop a comprehensive restructuring and turnaround plan and ensure its consistent implementation.

  • During your assignments in our portfolio companies, you will have the opportunity to manage projects from analysis to final implementation.

Accursia pursues a long-term buy-and-build strategy aimed at developing the operational potential of its portfolio companies and continuously expanding them through synergies within the group.

Your Profile:

​

  • Successfully completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally with exposure to operational processes and production structures.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach, combined with a hands-on mentality.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to travel and high flexibility.
