Landshut – Accursia Capital GmbH acquires KLANN Packaging GmbH from Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.
KLANN Packaging develops and manufactures high-quality promotions and sales packaging from tinplate. KLANN is a leading provider of decorative metal packaging in Europe and holds a loyal well-known customer base in the food industry. Mutares acquired the company in 2011 from HUBER decorative Packaging in course of a carve-out transaction.

We plan to develop our new packaging platform over the coming years through our target oriented long-term Buy & Build approach.
