Accursia Capital announces the acquisition of Döring Glass GmbH, a leading manufacturer and processor of high-quality glass solutions for the construction and façade industry in Germany and Europe. Döring Glass GmbH, based in Berlin, specializes in insulating glass, laminated and safety glass, as well as curved specialty glass for architectural and structural applications. The company achieves annual revenues of around EUR 8.0 million and impresses with customized solutions, state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, and long-standing experience in implementing complex façade projects.
With the integration of Döring Glass, Accursia Capital is building a strategic platform of companies in the glass industry and expanding its presence in the European glass processing market.
