Accursia Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Friulpress-Samp S.p.A. from Veritas.
Friulpress-Samp S.p.A., founded in 1974 and based in Sesto al Reghena, Italy, is a leading manufacturer of aluminium die-cast components, offering end-to-end capabilities from product industrialization and tool design to die casting, machining, surface finishing, and assembly. The company employs around 230 people and generated approximately €35 million in revenues.
Through this acquisition, Accursia Capital further strengthens its platform in aluminium die casting. The transaction expands the group’s presence in Italy, increases production capabilities, and extends its customer base across European industrial markets. Friulpress-Samp complements Accursia’s existing portfolio and provides a strong foundation for future add-on acquisitions and operational synergies.
