Your Profile:

Several years of proven experience in the full executive management of a mid-sized manufacturing company
Comprehensive expertise across the entire value chain, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Aftersales
Experience in comparable leadership roles within long-term oriented, private equity-backed organizations
Demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth while simultaneously improving profitability (profitable growth)
Strong analytical and structured working style, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proven negotiation and closing skills, with experience managing international customer relationships
Business-fluent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
