AIOS – Automotive Integrated Overhead Systems is a German automotive supplier with more than 30 years of experience in the development and production of headliner and overhead systems for premium OEMs. The company combines strong research and development capabilities, a high level of vertical integration, and extensive material expertise to deliver lightweight, acoustically optimized, and visually premium interior solutions.

AIOS operates several specialized production sites across Germany. The Überherrn facility serves as the central production and technology hub, focusing on Tramivex (soft-foam) and Polybond (rigid-foam) processes, as well as integrated manufacturing steps such as waterjet cutting, lamination, and surface finishing. The Bremen and Maichingen sites specialize in the assembly of overhead systems (OHS) and customer-focused supply through Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) logistics.

With this setup, AIOS positions itself as a system supplier capable of covering the complete development, production, and delivery of overhead interior systems within its German manufacturing network.
