Accursia Capital acquires Costampress S.p.A.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Costampress S.p.A., a leading Italian manufacturer specialized in aluminium die casting with a strong focus on the automotive sector.
Headquartered in Gardigiano di Scorzè (Veneto), Costampress was founded in 1971 and employs approximately 150 people. The company has developed a strong reputation for supporting customers across the entire production chain—from the development and design of components and production moulds to full-scale mass production and precision machining.
In addition to its core focus on the automotive industry, Costampress serves customers in sectors such as hydraulic filters, high-pressure washers, robotics, heating systems, and other industrial components. The company exports 62% of its products to European countries (notably Germany, Spain, Slovakia, Poland, and Romania), with the remainder distributed in Italy (15%) and other global markets including Russia, USA, Mexico, and Uzbekistan.
This strategic acquisition enables Accursia to expand its industrial footprint and build a new platform in the die casting and mould-making sectors, enhancing its position in the European automotive supply chain while strengthening its presence in the Italian market.
