Update 29.07.2021: Accursia successfully aquired Cenpa SAS
Schweighouse-sur-Moder, FR – Accursia Capital GmbH successfully acquired Cenpa SAS from Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.
Cenpa is one of the leading independent coreboard mills in Western Europe and serves customers in the hygiene paper sector, in the industrial cores market and in the packaging industry. The company which is based in Schweighouse-sur-Moder (France) currently employs 90 people and is expected to generate sales in the amount of c. EUR 30 million in 2021.
The transaction is Accursia's third acquisition in the packaging sector and not only contributes significantly to the strengthening and diversification of this platform, but also expands Accursia's geographical footprint in France and underlines the group’s pan-European focus.
“Following the acquisition of KLANN Packaging in May 2020, which we successfully repositioned and significantly strengthened through the Müller Bauer add-on transaction, Cenpa is now the second company we have acquired from Mutares”, said Martin Scheiblegger, CEO of Accursia Capital.
